!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Still no tags not the car, paper or metal. Headed the other direction this time. Update: I did call the Sheriff’s office to report the incident yesterday linked above. Was told that since that it wasn’t an active situation they couldn’t do anything about it. Also, they don’t keep any watch list for suspicious cars - it’s up to the patrol deputies to catch them when they are out. I guess if I see him yet again without tags I’ll call right away. I might also try calling the PD of the city I was in when it started - was right at the edge of the unincorporated area. They might care a little more.

I was so annoyed 5 minutes after I took this photo today when I saw the CSO running a speed trap right where the incident happened yesterday. It he had been facing the other direction or been in the same spot yesterday afternoon this guy would’ve been nailed.

I think you should call the police and say you saw him again and a guy with a white GTR, no tags, can’t be hard to find. They won’t take that lightly these days. If you can recognize his face it’s over.

I’d pack him up like we did Taliban, bring him out somewhere hooded and get him to piss himself. I do a pretty good Russian accent after running into those guys in Afghanistan, we could tell him he pointed the rifle at a Russian gangsters son haha. Sorry I think I would enjoy this too much!

I read the other story - that is just too sketchy. With a noticeable car like that I’m surprised he hasn’t been pulled over yet for no plates. Maybe he was pointing that the gun at you because he knows it’s sketchy, and thought you were taking a pic as “evidence”

Maybe. Was originally just trying to take a picture of a cool car. Didn’t really notice lack of tags until I was close. People had posted some lizard photos earlier in the day so I was thinking is just snap a quick photo and make a Godzilla joke as a reply. I’m surprised he hasn’t been caught yet too. I saw the car at distance about a week ago, so it’s been around for at least that long and there’s been lots of cops patrolling. Yesterday a guy in a grey Jetta blew past me on the right when I slowed down ahead of a new speed trap just a few miles further down. As we crested the hill got nailed by a county sheriff’s Tahoe that was hiding in the median over the summit.

Possibly. If he’s the guy I think he is then he only has enough money for a GT-R if he bought a 2009-11 used (hope you like replacing transmissions bud!). But that dude works private security so he probably knows all the cops who moonlight and can skate.

I wanted to reply yesterday that cops were useless in these (and many other) situations, but I was worried about starting a shitshow about cops in America due to recent current events blah blah and blah. But anyway, cops are useless (IN THIS SITUATION)

Without getting too political let’s just say I share your opinion on the usefulness of the police these days. General consensus among the comments seemed to be report it, so I went out of my comfort zone and reported it to see what would happen. What’s the point in asking for opinions if you don’t take any of the advice, right?
